Lemon-Garlic Chicken Pasta

1/2 box orecchiette pasta
1 cup frozen peas
2T olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 large chicken breast, cubed
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
1 lemon
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup mozzarella

Recipe: boil water and cook your pasta. When the noodles have about 3 mins to go, add a cup of peas to the water and cook with the noodles. Drain. Meanwhile, heat 2T olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Add 2 cloves minced garlic and sauté for a minute. Add 1 cubed chicken breast, 1/2tsp rosemary, juice from 1/2 lemon, and plenty of salt and pepper. Continue to sauté until cooked through. Remove chicken with a slotted spoon and set aside. Add 1T butter to the skillet and melt. Add 1 cup heavy cream and 1/4 cup mozzarella. Whisk until the cheese melts and simmer until sauce thickens slightly. Squeeze the other half lemon over the sauce and whisk to combine. Add noodles and peas back to the skillet along with the chicken. Toss well and serve. Everyone will love this!
