Parmesan Crusted Chicken with Vodka Tomato Pasta

2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 onion, diced
1 T + 3T olive oil
1 tomato, diced
1 jar vodka tomato sauce
1 large chicken breast
2 cups shredded parmesan
salt and pepper to taste

Recipe: Saute two garlic cloves and a diced onion in 1T olive oil until fragrant. Add a diced tomato and a jar of vodka sauce. Meanwhile, pound a chicken breast flat and roll in fresh shredded parmesan. Heat 3T olive oil in a skillet over high heat and add your chicken, flipping frequently, until cooked through. Toss sauce with cooked spaghetti noodles and put the sliced chicken on top.
